Terms of Service

These terms are between you and FyNation ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you use FyNation on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.

You keep ownership of everything you post — text, photos, video, audio and listings. Posting does not transfer ownership to us.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display your content for the purpose of operating FyNation. That licence exists so we can technically show your post to other people; it ends when you delete the content, except for copies already made by others (a repost, a share) and copies retained in backups for a limited period.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including music and footage created by other people.

Posts, listings, messages and streams come from members. We do not endorse them and we do not verify that claims made in them are true.

We may remove content or restrict an account when we believe it breaks these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law — but we do not review everything, and we are not obliged to monitor.

Listings are posted by member businesses. A sale is an agreement between the buyer and the seller. FyNation is not the seller and is not a party to that agreement.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under their own terms. We do not store full card details.

Sellers are responsible for describing goods accurately, for delivery, and for meeting their own tax and legal obligations.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, send a notice using the process on our Copyright page. We respond to valid notices and may remove the content and, for repeat infringers, close the account.

FyNation is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available. We may change or discontinue features.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the site.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will ask you to agree again rather than assume you have.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
