Post things you have the right to post. Treat people the way you would in your own shop. Do not use this place to harm anyone.

Content you do not own or have permission to use — including music, film, and photography made by other people.

Harassment, threats, or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, or sexual orientation.

Sexual content involving minors, in any form. This is reported to the authorities, not merely removed.

Pornography or sexually explicit material.

Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.

Personal information about someone else — addresses, phone numbers, documents — without their consent.

Malware, phishing, or links intended to deceive.

Impersonate another person, business, or FyNation itself.

Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site, or use automation to create accounts or post.

Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or moderation.

Sell counterfeit goods, stolen goods, weapons, drugs, or anything you are not legally permitted to sell.

Manipulate ratings, followers, or engagement.

Everything above applies to live video, and it applies in real time. Music playing in the background of a stream is still someone's music.

We may end a stream in progress and retain a recording where we are required to.

Depending on severity we may remove content, limit an account, suspend it, or close it. Serious cases — particularly those involving children or credible threats — are referred to law enforcement.
